Tell us a little bit about the ice cream smoothie and your relationship with it.
– When I started getting interested in smoothies, it didn’t take long before I found tainted ice cream and totally fell in love with it! Formulated with a creamy smoothie blended with frozen fruits and berries to create an ice cream-like texture. Many people like to serve it in a coconut bowl for a tropical feel. But it can be presented in many different ways, for example in the case of theft if you prefer.

The best thing about smoothie ice cream is that you can make so many combinations. It tastes like ice cream and sherbet but is good for breakfast, lunch, manna or dinner. I love making whipped ice cream in bulk, even in the winter.

Why is it the coolest way to cool off on a hot summer day?
– Because you feel refreshed and get new energy thanks to all the fruits and berries.

We can have at least one ice cream a day without any problems

What are the best ways to diversify your ice cream and accessories?
Constantly trying new combinations is one of the most fun things about ice cream smoothie. Buy at home a variety of frozen berries and fruits and diversify by testing one fruit a day with a banana. And one of these days, I think you should try pouring cocoa to get a great kind of chocolate. When it comes to accessories and add-ons, simplicity always goes a long way in my opinion. But for those who want to part with a lot of different variations, the advice is to use fresh fruits and berries.

How many bowls do you and your family have time to eat during a sunny summer week?
We can have at least one ice cream a day without any major problems. My kids love it, so it tends to be a huge boost to a lot of people when we mingle.

When and to whom do you prefer to serve the whipped ice cream?
To my children on a hot summer’s day. It is always a pleasure to see them eat and enjoy something I have cooked. They are my main critics, so when they really like something, I always feel a lot happier.

Where do you dream of eating an ice cream smoothie this summer?
– With a small lake in the forest. I love the woods and to be able to sit back and enjoy ice cream I wouldn’t have been so stupid.
