How do you make your own ice cream?

Here are simple recipes to make your own ice cream and ice cream at home without an ice cream machine. Is there anything better than homemade ice cream?

Special glass recipe

  1. Begin by whisking the cream until soft peaks. Then add sweetened condensed milk and continue whisking.
  2. If you want to add flavor to the ice cream, now pour in the seasoning.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl. For example, a loaf of bread.
  4. Wrap the ice cream and leave it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  5. Clear!

Special ice cream recipe

  1. Boil the water and add the berries. Leave it to boil under the lid for 10 minutes.
  2. Then squeeze the juice from the berries.
  3. Strain the carrier mass into a juice strainer and let it run for 30 minutes.
  4. Measure the juice into a saucepan and stir in the sugar. Leave the juice to boil and then remove the fat.
  5. Pour the juice into clean bottles, put on a cork and leave to cool.
  6. Freeze ice cream in any glass shape.
  7. Clear!
