1. Set the oven to 200 degrees. Press garlic. Cut herbs. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for a few minutes. Stir the herbs. Scrape the fried rice into a bowl and mix with the cream cheese and grated lemon peel.

2. Slice salmon lengthwise and sprinkle with salt. Roll out the puff pastry and place the salmon pieces in the middle on top of each other. Spread the herbal mixture on the face.

3. Cut slits, about 2 cm wide, toward the center in the edges of the puff pastry. Fold it over the salmon. Brush the dough with a lightly beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.

1. Remove the husks from the corn cobs and boil them for 10 minutes.

2. Chop the parsley and mix with the butter and grated Parmesan. Served with corn on the cob.

Good nibble for beginners. Cut the artichoke leaves and dip them in the filling. If necessary, serve another piece of bread.

150g grated mozzarella cheese

70 grams hazelnut

50gm freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Rinse the artichokes, cut off the thicker stems and the top, and cut off the tips of the leaves. Cut the leaves in the middle and extract the “beard”.

2. Peel and press the garlic and mix with fresh cream, mustard and grated mozzarella cheese. Coarsely chop the hazelnut. Fill artichokes with cream and sprinkle with nuts and grated Parmesan.

3. Put artichokes in a baking dish, cover with tin foil and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.

1 lemon, grated peel and juice

1 red onion

200 gm feta cheese

150 grams of blackberries

1 teaspoon balsamic cream

1. Peel the cucumber and divide it lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds and cut the cucumber into slices. Grate the lime peel.

2. Cut the onions into rings. Squeeze it over the lemon juice. Cut the feta cheese into pieces.

3. Mix the cucumber, onion, cheese and berries. Pour in the balsamic vinegar.

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sesame

2 green apples

a handful of watercress

200 gm salted almonds

1. Set the oven to 200 degrees. Scrub and dry the potatoes, cut them in half. Put the potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle with oil and honey. Sprinkle with salt and stir.

2. Roast the potatoes for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Cut the apples into cubes. Potato, apple, watercress and almond mix.

Parfait with baked plum.

Plums with rosemary and honey are baked in the oven. Serve warm with parfait.

7 dl whipping cream

7 egg yolks

1½ deciliters of powdered sugar

6 large plums

3 tablespoons of acacia honey

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

3 tablespoons pine nuts

1. Parfait: beat the cream until combined. Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar until foamy. Add the whipped cream to the egg mixture. Divide them into small freezer-safe bowls or cups. Put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Remove the parfait and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.

2. Baked plum: Set the oven to 220 degrees. Slice the peaches and core them. Put them cut into a baking dish and sprinkle with honey. Cut the rosemary and sprinkle over it. Sprinkle pine nuts over it.

3. Bake the plums in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm with parfait.
